How we work
Three things that are true here.
Latency is a moral position
Every hundred milliseconds we remove is a moment someone does not spend feeling foreign in a room. We treat performance work as product work, not cleanup.
Ship it into a real conversation
Demos are easy. We validate against loud halls, bad accents, worse connections and people who have no patience for a beta. If it does not survive that, it is not done.
Small team, high trust
Few people, wide scope, no approval theatre. You will own something end to end, and you will hear directly from the people using it.
